G11K Course is aimed at those who want to become expert inspectors of lifting equipment and manual hoists. The G11K course is also aimed at people who carry out repairs and maintenance of lifting equipment and manual hoists, or who take professional certificates in the crane and lifting operations profession. It is recommended to have a G11 course beforehand.
Objective:
The G11K course runs over five days with combined classroom teaching and practice in our training hall. The participant must have passed a theoretical and practical test to be approved for the course. In addition, the participant must be able to document 24 months of relevant practice before an inspector's certificate can be issued.
Pupils who take a certificate in the crane and lifting operations subject and are not to work as expert inspectors and cannot present documentation of practice but take the course as part of the certificate, will receive a course certificate after passing the course but not an inspector certificate.
Course participants must be employed in a specialist business to be able to work as an inspector after completing the course. The course is in accordance with regulation on administrative arrangements 706.
