The target audience for this learning initiative is primarily personnel shall exercise the role of mentor for personnel under training of cranes and lifting operations.Description:
The main objective of learning initiative is that it provide training to acquire sufficient knowledge to lead and guide personnel and assess level of personnel who will use the lifting equipment, and personnel who will be deck operators.
