No previous knowledge is required to take this course.
How will the course benefit me?
This course is intended to provide the knowledge needed to act as a Safety Officer onboard. As a Safety Officer, you are responsible for inspections and overseeing the safety of procedures & equipment.
How will the course benefit my company?
To enable a safety culture, it is of great importance that the Safety Officer and their crew are aware of work permits, how to identify hazards, and how to address risk assessments. All of these topics are a part of this course.
