This course is particularly aimed for seafarers engaged on ships that carry out activity related to the transport of dangerous goods.
Description:
The course aims to provide adequate basic training on the requirements contained in the IMDG Code regarding labelling, the writings to be reported on the packages, the compilation of the Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form, the application of the segregation criteria between the various hazard classes and anything that must be known to make shipments conform to the standard. During this course, the regulations on the transport of dangerous goods in compliance with the ADR regulations onboard will also be explored and the main innovations implemented by the 40-2020 amendment will be presented.
