Description:

This intensive course provides marine engineers, engine officers, and technical superintendents with a deep technical understanding of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) main engines—both low-speed crosshead and medium-speed trunk-piston types. Participants will master operation, diagnostics, and maintenance practices through real-world case studies, performance analysis, and safety management frameworks. The training covers architecture, combustion tuning, fuel systems (HFO, MGO, and dual-fuel), control automation, emissions technologies (SCR/EGR), and class-aligned maintenance planning. By the end of the course, participants will confidently perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance in alignment with IMO, IACS, and class standards.
