Hva lærer du på G5 kurset, modul P-4.1?

Opplæringen er bygget opp rundt en detaljert emneliste og en praktisk opplæringshåndbok som sikrer at alle kompetansemål blir nådd. Sentrale emner inkluderer:

Planlegging og sikkerhet: 

• Planlegging av løfteoperasjoner, risikovurdering (SJA), og sikkerhetsprosedyrer.

• Forståelse av roller, ansvar og kommunikasjon i henhold til NORSOK R-003N.

Kran og utstyr:

• Kranens konstruksjon, virkemåte, bruksområder og begrensninger.

• Forståelse og bruk av lastkart og kranens sikkerhetssystemer (AOPS/MOPS).

• Før- og etterbrukssjekk, samt førstelinjevedlikehold av kran og ståltau.

Praktisk kjøring og operasjoner:

• Korrekt kjøreteknikk for ulike typer last, både lett og tungt.

• Løfteoperasjoner under varierende værforhold (vind, bølger, sikt).

• Løft mellom innretning og fartøy, subsea-løft og blindløft.

• Nødprosedyrer, inkludert nødkjøring og nødlåring.

• Krav og prosedyrer for løft av personell.

Hvem passer G5, modul P-4.1 kurset for?

Dette kurset er rettet mot personell som skal bli operatører av G5 offshorekraner og målsettingen er at den som får opplæringen tilegner seg tilstrekkelige praktiske kunnskaper om sikker bruk av G5 offshorekraner. Etter endt kurs skal deltakeren kunne håndtere last internt på innretningen, i åpen sjø, mot skip, mellom faste og/eller flytende innretninger og utføre undervannsløft.

Kursinformasjon for G5 kurset, modul P-4.1

Varighet: 40 timer (5 dager).

Form: Intensiv trening i simulator under veiledning av instruktør hvor hver økt evalueres. Simulatortreningen er designet for å gi realistisk erfaring og bør legges så tidlig som mulig i praksisløpet.

Evaluering: Kurset avsluttes med en evaluering og/eller avsluttende prøve for å sikre at læringsmålene er nådd.

Sertifisering: Etter bestått kurs mottar du kursbevis som dokumenterer at du har fullført den obligatoriske teoridelen for G5 Offshorekran, som er et steg mot fullt kompetansebevis.

What will you learn on the G5 course, module P-4.1?

The training is based on a detailed list of topics and a practical training manual that ensures that all competency goals are achieved. Key topics include:

Planning and safety:

• Planning of lifting operations, risk assessment (SJA), and safety procedures.

• Understanding of roles, responsibilities, and communication in accordance with NORSOK R-003N.

Crane and equipment:

• Crane design, operation, applications, and limitations.

• Understanding and use of load charts and crane safety systems (AOPS/MOPS).

• Pre- and post-use checks, as well as first-line maintenance of cranes and steel wire ropes.

Practical operation and handling:

• Correct operating techniques for different types of loads, both light and heavy.

• Lifting operations in varying weather conditions (wind, waves, visibility).

• Lifting between facilities and vessels, subsea lifting and blind lifting.

• Emergency procedures, including emergency driving and emergency mooring.

• Requirements and procedures for lifting personnel.

Who is the G5, module P-4.1 course suitable for?

This course is aimed at personnel who will become operators of G5 offshore cranes, and the objective is for those receiving the training to acquire sufficient practical knowledge about the safe use of G5 offshore cranes. After completing the course, participants should be able to handle loads internally on the facility, in open sea, against ships, between fixed and/or floating facilities, and perform underwater lifting.

Course information for the G5 course, module P-4.1

Duration: 40 hours (5 days).

Format: Intensive training in a simulator under the guidance of an instructor, with each session being evaluated. The simulator training is designed to provide realistic experience and should be scheduled as early as possible in the practical training program.

Evaluation: The course concludes with an evaluation and/or final exam to ensure that the learning objectives have been achieved.

Certification: After passing the course, you will receive a course certificate documenting that you have completed the mandatory theory part for G5 Offshore Crane, which is a step towards full certification.

Kurset er laget for personell som skal ha en innføring i krav som stilles til installasjon, merking og sluttinspeksjon av utstyr i eksplosjonsfarlige områder.

Kurset er beregnet for navigatører og maskinister som har tjenestegjort minst 12 av de siste 60 måneder på skip som har sikkerhetsstyringssystem som ivaretar krav om sikkerhetskompetanse. I tillegg til de som innehar gyldig maskinoffisers sertifikat.

Kurset er tilpasset ankomst med fly samme dag til kursstart.

Krav til forkunnskap: Kursdeltager skal ha gjennomført og bestått opplæring i henhold til videregående sikkerhetsopplæring regel VI/2 nr. 1, VI/3 og VI/4 nr. 1.

Dette skal dokumenteres ved gyldig kompetansesertifikat for offiserer (dekk-, maskin- eller skipselektriker) eller gyldig kursbevis på videregående sikkerhetskurs.

Hvis kompetansen er utgått må det dokumenteres 12 måneders fartstid opparbeidet før 31.12.2016 med gyldig sertifikat for offiserer. Dette beregnes 5 år tilbake fra kursets oppstartdato

Læremål: Etter kurset skal deltakerne kunne demonstrere kompetanse gitt i STCW kodens tabeller A-VI/2-1, A-VI/3 og A-VI/4-1.

Kurset er i henhold til: STCW-78, med endringer (inkl. 2010 Manila-endringene)

Endring av kursdato: Må avtales senest 7 dager før kursstart i kontortid 0830-1500.
