This course consists of 3 modules. It gives an insight into SEEMP. This must be viewed in conjunction with your SMS and your ship-specific SEEMP onboard. 

 A very comprehensive and detailed explanation of what is meant by SEEMP (shipboard energy efficiency management plan) and different means to save energy is given.

It explains terms like EEDI  and EEOI, M.R.V in a simple way,  discusses the certification requirement and the International energy efficiency certificate and explains the details required for reporting as required in SEEMP part 2.

This course also serves as a refresher training before any inspection and, in turn, will boost the candidate's confidence.

The Course is surely not exhaustive, but it surely will empower the candidate on how to deal with USCG Inspectors professionally and how to handle the situation maturely and answer correctly.
