AArbeidsmiljøloven krever at arbeidsgiver sørger for at verneombud og medlemmer av arbeidsmiljøutvalg (AMU) gjennomgår og kan dokumentere HMS opplæring. Kurset er ment for virksomheter og bransjer hvor partene har avtalt kortere opplæringstid enn 40 timer. Det gis grunnleggende innføring i de viktigste temaer innenfor HMS-arbeid, slik at man etter endt kurs kan delta aktivt og bidra på en god måte i HMS-arbeidet.

Hensikt:

Kursets formål er å kvalifisere deltakerne til å kunne fungere som verneombud og delta aktivt og bidra på en god måte i HMS-arbeidet.

Training is required to use fall protection systems correctly. The employer is obliged to provide such training in accordance with the Working Environment Act. Many accidents result in serious injuries due to incorrect use of the equipment. The user of the equipment lacks the necessary training and does not know the manufacturers' limitations of the equipment. This course provides users with thorough training in different fall protection systems and the limitations set by the manufacturers.

Learning Objectives:

The purpose of the course is to provide training in the correct and safe use of fall protection equipment and the use of rescue equipment. The course gives the candidate training in how to familiarize themselves with maintenance routines and the manufacturer's instructions for use so that fall protection and rescue equipment is used correctly and safely.

G11K Course is aimed at those who want to become expert inspectors of lifting equipment and manual hoists. The G11K course is also aimed at people who carry out repairs and maintenance of lifting equipment and manual hoists, or who take professional certificates in the crane and lifting operations profession. It is recommended to have a G11 course beforehand.

Objective:

The G11K course runs over five days with combined classroom teaching and practice in our training hall. The participant must have passed a theoretical and practical test to be approved for the course. In addition, the participant must be able to document 24 months of relevant practice before an inspector's certificate can be issued.

Pupils who take a certificate in the crane and lifting operations subject and are not to work as expert inspectors and cannot present documentation of practice but take the course as part of the certificate, will receive a course certificate after passing the course but not an inspector certificate.

Course participants must be employed in a specialist business to be able to work as an inspector after completing the course. The course is in accordance with regulation on administrative arrangements 706.

Telescopic forklift courses consist of basic safety training for operators of telescopic forklifts with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tons.

Objective:

The aim of the telehandler course is that the person who receives the training acquires sufficient knowledge of the theoretical and practical safe use of a telehandler, so that accidents during set-up and use are avoided. After completing the theory part of the telehandler course, the participant must have practical training in the relevant telehandler class. This training can be taken together with a sponsor in your own company or at Gantic for 4 hours when attached to a truck or mass transfer machine or 8 hours when attached to a truck crane. After the practical training, the participant must pass the drive-up before a certificate of competence for the relevant telescopic forklift can be issued.

Classes:

C1 – Telescopic truck with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tonnes

Machine with a raiseable and telescopic boom with one or more telescopes with a reach of over 2 metres, where the boom and superstructure are fixed to the undercarriage chassis.

C2 - Swivel Telescopic truck with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tonnes

Machine with a raiseable and telescopic boom where the boom is mounted on its own movable/swinging construction where maneuvering space follows the boom construction around.

Innhold

Kurset inneholder en kondisjons test og en styrke test som blir gjennomført i henhold til Offshore Norge sine retningslinjer og tilfredsstiller krav til røykdykkere.

Kondisjonstest

Hos Nosefo kan du velge mellom ett av følgende 2 alternative utholdenhetstester for å dokumentere at du tilfredsstiller kravet om oksygenopptak:

Alternativ 1 (Tredemølletest med 17 kg vekt og 12% stigning) Testpersonen har en ryggsekk med vekt 17 kg på ryggen. Dette tilsvarer vekten av pressluftapparat bestående av stålflasker. Oppvarming med vekt belastning 17 kg på flat mølle med hastighet 4 km/t i tre minutter. Deretter økes farten til 5,6 km/t og stigningen settes til 12% (= 6,84 grader). Forsøkspersonen gjennomfører selve testen i seks minutter. Personer som i løpet av testen må avlaste ved å holde seg i rekkverket ved siden av tredemølla har ikke bestått. (Dersom forsøkspersonen på grunn av ustøhet må berøre rekkverket/gripe rekkverket inntil balansen er gjenetablert, skal ikke dette føre til at testen vurderes som ikke bestått).

Alternativ 2 (Cooper-test): A: Oppvarming, rolig jogg, 10 min på flat tredemølle i en fart som er 8 km/t. Etter avsluttet oppvarming stilles så farten på 10,5km/t og forsøkspersonen løper i 12 min (flat mølle). Testen er bestått hvis personen gjennomfører 12 min løping med denne hastigheten.

I løpet av kurset skal du lære om følgende:

Betjening av radiostasjon med VHF DSC og Navtex mottaker

VHF taleprosedyrer - Nød, Haster, Tryggingsprosedyrer

Bruk og virkemåte til nødutstyr, EPIRB og SART

SAR (søk og redning)

Batterier, kontroll og vedlikehold

Alle deltakere må gjennomføre 2 SAR-øvelser

Bestått teoretisk og praktisk eksamen gir grunnlag for å søke om ROC-sertifikat fra Telenor Kystradio. Sertifikatet er gyldig for betjening av påbudt GMDSS-utstyr om bord i fartøy med radioutstyr for dekningsområdet A1.

Varighet

Kurset gjennomføres på 5 dager, hvor den siste kursdagen er satt av til praktisk eksamen.

Innhold

Dette kurset tilfredsstiller kravene til Sikkerhetsopplæring for sjøfolk på skip med lengde (L) under 24 meter i fartsområde liten kystfart.

Kurset gir i utgangspunktet ikke tilstrekkelig sikkerhetsopplæring for sjøfolk på:

Lasteskip med lengde (L) over 24 meter

Lasteskip med bruttotonnasje over 500

Lasteskip i større fartsområder enn liten kystfart

Passasjerskip med passasjersertifikat for 13 eller flere passasjerer

Fiskefartøy uansett størrelse og fartsområde

Emnene i kurset tar utgangspunkt i STCW-konvensjonens regel VI, Avsnitt A-VI/1 og tabeller A-VI/1-1, 1-2, 1-3 og 1-4, men innhold og omfang er tilpasset til skip med lengde (L) under 24 meter i fartsområde liten kystfart eller mindre.

E-læring sendt fra Knowledge portal må være fullført før deltaker møter på kurssenter.

After completing the training, the participant shall be able to:

Mob boat

Be able to launch, dock, operate the boat and equipment in a satisfactory manner

Master the most common search methods

Perform person recovery in the water and be able to perform the functions of the MOB boat crew

Search and rescue and HLO

Conduct search and rescue with the correct use of extinguishing and protective equipment

Use the correct extinguishing and protective equipment to extinguish a fire

Use protective and breathing air equipment correctly, as well as perform safety checks of equipment

Use the helideck manual

Perform communication and weather reporting with helicopter

Handle dangerous goods

Describe and perform supervision of the fuel system

Perform HLO's tasks in emergency situations and normal operations on the helideck

Duration:

This course can be completed as a combination course with Offshore Norway's Helicopter Landing Officer refresher course and search and rescue refresher course, the duration of the course is then 3 days.

1 course day is 8 hours with a minimum of 6 hours of effective teaching

1 hour is 60 minutes

Night-search is carried out in the evening, after dark.
