The duration of the course is 4 days, where the first day is carried out as e-learning on your own outside the course center.

1 day is 8 hours with a minimum of 6 hours of effective training

1 hour is 60 minutes

Submission

The e-learning for the course must be completed before you attend practical exercises at the course center. Access to e-learning is sent by email from the Knowledge portal. You must complete all modules in the e-learning.

Håndtere nødsystemer og utstyr tilpasset ulike forhold om bord i livbåt

Beskrive utsetting og trygg evakuering ved bruk av alternative evakueringsmidler; flåte og redningsstrømpe

After completing the training, the participant shall be able to:

Search and rescue and HLO

Conduct search and rescue with the correct use of extinguishing and protective equipment

Use the correct extinguishing and protective equipment to extinguish a fire

Use protective and breathing air equipment correctly, as well as perform safety checks of equipment

Use the helideck manual

Perform communication and weather reporting with helicopter

Handle dangerous goods

Describe and perform supervision of the fuel system

Perform HLO's tasks in emergency situations and normal operations on the helideck

Duration:

This course can be completed as a combination course with Offshore Norway's Helicopter Landing Officer refresher course and search and rescue refresher course, the duration of the course is then 2 days at the training center.

1 course day is 8 hours with a minimum of 6 hours of effective teaching

1 hour is 60 minutes

Submission:

The e-learning must be completed  before the practical course days.

Content:

The plan includes the requirements set out in the STCW convention's rule VI, section A-VI/1 and tables A-VI/1-1, 1-2 and 1-3.

• Personal rescue techniques
• Preventive fire protection and fire extinguishing
• Basic first aid

The first day of the course is conducted as self-study on e-learning outside the training centre, and the last is conducted as practical training at the training centre.

The e-learning can be completed when it suits you best, as long as it is completed before you attend the practical day.

Duration:

Duration of e-learning approx. 5 hours.

The practical day consists of 1 day at the course centre.

1 day at the course center is 8 school hours

1 school hour is 45 minutes

Submission:

The e-learning must be completed and passed BEFORE you attend the practical course day at the course centre.

Kurset omfatter de krav som stilles i STCW-F konvensjonens kapittel III, regel 1, pkt 1: 1,1, 1,2 1.3, 1,4, 1,5 og 1,6 og omfatter:

De første to kursdagene gjennomføres som selvstudie på e-læring utenfor kurssenteret, og de tre siste gjennomføres som praktisk opplæring på kurssenteret. E-læringen kan gjennomføres når det passer deg best, så lenge den er fullført før du møter til første praksisdag.

Varighet

E-læring tilsvarende to dager på kurssenter tar ca 10 klokketimer å gjennomføre.

Praksis på kurssenteret utgjør 3 dager.

The purpose of the training is to provide operators of telescopic forklifts a theoretical basic training in the use of telescopic forklift so that accidents can be avoided.The training will give the candidate a good introduction into the structure, risk factors and use of telescopic forklifts. The purpose of the training is to provide prospective riggers with a good theoretical basic training in the safe us of; fall protection equipment and simple lifting devices (simple overhead crane, column jib cranes, hand operated hoist, air and electrical hoists and transportable winches as well as giving future riggers a good practical practicality basic training in the safe use of rigging equipment.

Dette er et kurs for alle som inngår i bro-team på hurtigbåt.

Kurset gjennomføres med e-læring, gruppearbeid og praktiske øvelser i simulator.

Kurset er tilpassert ankomst med fly samme dag til kursstart og avreise med fly siste kursdag.

Krav til forkunnskap: Gyldig grunnkurs/re-trening for hurtigbåt i tillegg til at det må gjennomføres og bestås en e-læringsmodul før kursstart.

Det vil være en test på e-læringen som må bestås ved kursstart for å få gjennomføre hele kurset.

Læremål: Etter kurset skal deltakerene kunne gjennomføre sikkert vakthold og god ledelse på hurtigbåt.

Kurset er i henhold til: Godkjent emneplan for hurtigbåt grunnkurs og oppdatering inkludert BRM og ERM. FOR-2011-12-22-1523, § 65 Dekker også BRM og ERM kurs iht. STCW 1978 konvensjonen med senere endringer.

Endring av kursdato: Må avtales senest 7 dager før kursstart i kontortid 0830-1500.

Objective: The main goal is to provide personnel who are to perform the roles of signal transmitter, signalers and deck operator with sufficient knowledge of handling and transport of dangerous goods and hazardous waste, to be able to identify hazards and risks when handling this type of cargo, in such a way that unwanted incidents are avoided.

Safe handling and transport of dangerous goods and hazardous waste requires knowledge of hazards and risks, regulations, correct execution and safe practice during treatment and transport.

Content:

The learning process leading up to a certificate of competence is carried out to contribute to safe lifting operations, as well as to document the necessary knowledge and skills in accordance with requirements laid down in national regulations and standards.

After completion, participants must be able to identify hazards, risks, causes and consequences of accidents with dangerous goods and hazardous waste.

Participants will also be familiar with restrictions, requirements, classifications, identification, packaging, marking, documentation and handling of dangerous goods and waste.

Objective: Through a combination of theory and practical training, this course provides participants with the necessary knowledge and skills required to work safely in enclosed spaces.

The Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority has made major changes to the regulations. People who work in tanks and closed rooms are the biggest difference that the regulation "Work in tanks" has fallen away. This is replaced by section 29 of the regulations «execution of work», which states that all work in closed rooms shall be performed «without danger to life or health». A simple requirement that gives the employer a great deal of responsibility.

New SOLAS requirements: Exercises in closed rooms and rescue, as well as portable gas measuring equipment.

Applies to: All ships covered by SOLAS and all high-speed vessels, mobile offshore drilling units and dynamically positioned vessels

Our courses are in accordance with SOLAS-IMO requirements and the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority - Execution of work

The definitions of a cramped space vary from country to country, but the usual criteria usually include:

- A room that is predominantly or completely closed
- Contains health and / or safety hazards
- Is not designed for continuous stay of employees
- Has entrances or exits that are small or difficult to access
- A room that is large enough that you can enter it completely and perform the work tasks you have been assigned
- Limited air circulation
